Hi, we are staying a 2 bedroom apartment at 2466 N,oakland ave,milwaukee and are looking for a room mate. Rent for the month is 825$ for 3 people. Apt is furnished with refrigerator, microwave oven,etc. Also initial security deposit is 1525$ which will be returned after one year as we are in a 1 yr lease. People looking for staying 6 months are also welcome to look at the place and decide. Many advantages of choosing this place: rent is reasonably lesser, very close to the uwm campus, bus stand is just adjacent to the apartment, departmental stores like walmart,aldi,etc are very close by. University BOSS service is also there in case you are working after 7pm, heat and gas are all included, no disturbance from anyone. you will only have to pay for wifi and electricity which will be shared among the three of us.
